And are they able to be reused by simply taking them off?

Does Buu's no-absorption rule only apply to actual characters (ie could he suck in a spear that strikes him, such as when Dabra attacked him)?

Is Majin Vegeta considered good, evil, both or neither?

Who is Dabuza?

Can Mirai Trunks drop back to ASSJ to negate the speed loss at the cost of power?

What does Power Level 0.1 mean for Mecha Freeza?

As a magical being, does Boo have biological functions that are necessary (If Bulma builds a poison gas dispenser, can he choose not to breathe, or hold his breath indefinitely to avoid its effects? Can he get radiation poisoning? Can he get the heart disease?)

Can Babidi use his Majin technique to slightly power up and gain control of opposing unpure characters?

3 Earrings
Yes, but each individual can only use it once, like in the series. You cannot fuse already fused characters. The fused character is only Character A+Character B powerlevel

Yes, he can suck in the spear, and perform similar feats.

He is evil, but Babidi cannot control him because his will is too strong

Dabura fused with Salza, retains any abilities of the two hosts, as in stone spit and ki sword.

Yes, but comes back at reduced power, it takes 30 seconds of rest until his power level will jump back to normal, even if injured.

He is a machine, he has no spiritual power. In fact he is useless, but able to sacrifice himself to save any character from any attack. He can do this three times before exploding, the explosion will damage nearby characters.

Heart Disease... yes, but he can just morph his body around the needle so it is incredibly hard to inject him
Poison Gas and Low level Raditation: No. Buu doesn't need to breathe, as he can survive in space. Space is also full of radiation and it did not effect him.
High Level Radiation: Can be used to kill Buu when reduced to dust or similar state, no effect on normal Buu.
Poison: If it can get into his system, it will kill him, but he takes much longer to be weakened from it, and can go inside another character to dump the poison into them.

One character only, for balancing purposes. As I mentioned before he cannot control Majin Vegeta, or any robotic/android character. Control breaks if killed, and the controlled character reverts to the original side and retains the power boost. Can swap control to another opponent, once again releasing the powered up original opponent.

New Rules

Bulma
Bulma can make one invention only. But can make anything thats reasonably feasible(no 200 foot tall robots)

Bibidi
Team Goku get's Bibidi, who is exactly the same as Babidi. He cannot create another Buu demon.

Free Fusion
Each side can have one additional character, made from fusing any two NON MAJOR(Goku Vegeta Gohan Piccolo Trunks Cell Frieza Buu) characters, these characters are not deducted from your team or anything. The fused character's power level is the same as everyone else's power level

Dabuza
Dabuza now has scissors for hands, and knives for fingers. These implements are made of indestructable paper, so cannot be broken, but have little cutting ability.

Injecting Buu
Buu must be injected through his eyes.

Toilet Stop
Team Vegeta gets the Toilet stop ability x2. They can either take a break on the toilet, or throw a toilet at the opponent(perhaps in that order), doing so will recover twice as fast as resting.

Time Machine
Team Goku has a time machine, one use only, use severely restricted, can only teleport one character as far back as the start of the battle, or up to the end of the battle.

Magnum
Hercule's pistol has been upgraded to a Magnum, first five shots does nothing, the sixth shot does all the damage, and can kill any enermy. The bullets are 100% accurate all the time. No one can ever dodge them or avoid them in any way. Bullet's 3&4 can be loaded with explosives or other contents.

Broken Glasses
Gohan wears glasses, if punched in face, the results are as expected.

Master Roshi
Can use perverted attack to convert any female opponent to his side. Can be used multiple times, but needs to recharge for 10 minutes each time.

Hrm... with these new clarifications it really comes down to who makes the first move. If Team Goku goes first, they win, through this simple combo:

Super Boo absorbs Gurd -> Gurdo Boo freezes time -> Gurdo Boo has no need to breathe, and thus can freeze time indefinitely -> Gurdo Boo kills everyone at his leisure.

Actually, thanks to the time machine, Boo will always be able to perform this combo, and thus will always win.

Aside from that though, Team Vegeta has the greater attrition capacity. Cold wipes out Freeza Soldier, Future Trunks and Dabuza (+3), Babidi takes over Butta and then wipes out 5 opposing characters, preferably the ones with highly useful skills (18, Roshi, Bibidi, etc) (+6, -1), Crane Hermit kills one person (+1), Android 16 kills one (+1, -1), Dabura freezes 2 and then instantly smashes them (+2). That generates a total +11, and reduces the opponent's team from 29 to 16.

Then I'd send Bee into battle, creating Aku Boo and Mr Boo, and end up with Super Boo, who's allowed to absorb once, and thus sucks up the other Boo and gains his ability to absorb once, then absorb either the strongest or most useful opponent left.

I'll have a look at my Team Goku strategies later. But with a suitable blitzkrieg and ignoring Gurdo Boo, I think Team Vegeta can nab this.

Bulma creates a 201 foot tall robot which has all of Team Vegeta's Chi and uses the Potara to fuse with android 19 and 20!Now the Robot is able to absorb energy!Bulma's robot absorb 50% of Super Buu's energy and 49% of Cell!(Android 19 side)Now Bulma absorbs 25% of Goku's,Cell Jr's,Dabuza's chi and 24% of Uub's Chi.
Bulma squashes the opposition except Butha which tires out.
