Boo. With Gohan and Piccolo's intelligence, he'd realise the energy absorbing thing after one attack, and probably spot the weakness too. Combined with his ability to divide into multiple Boos, his regenerative ability, Piccolo and Gohan's techniques, and the fact that he could absorb Super 17, as well as turn him into chocolate if he got troublesome, indicates that he'd win.

I go with Buu. Super 17 is a bit stronger but Buu has the regeneration and the techniques.

Super 17 would probably absorb the blast and power up with it since Shin Buu wouldn't know it does that kind of effect to 17, after the power increase, Shin Buu is finished.
