I think we have a clear case of "Fan-boyism" here.

Are you trying to say Broli vs SSj4 Goku and SSj2 Vegeta at the same time? Because Vegeta could win this battle with ease on his own.

Everyone has their own opinions on how strong Broly is but really the best possible place that he falls is SSJ2 Vegeta (Non-Majin). Plus SSJ4 Goku kills Broly with a look so this fight is a slaughter in my opinion even Vegeta at his Buu saga level (Or did you mean GT SSJ2 Vegeta) would easily do away with Broly. So yeah, Goku & Vegeta win. Plus like everyone said if your post has something to do with Non-cannon characters then put it in the GT section, just for future reference.

I place Broli weaker than SSj2 Gohan but stonger than SSj Goku. Thats obvious. So I place him at equal leave with 2nd form Cell.
