Well, Piccolo then said something like "he's a Great kai(or something" and then they said "No he's the Supreme Kai" and Piccolo nearly shat himself. It sounds like he was afraid of the status, rather than the power. Hell, Trunks saga SSJ Trunks could kill Frieza with 1 punch as well.

Just to note, when Supreme kai says he could beat Frieza in one punch I seriously doubt he was talking about his final form. I think I remember Frieza mentioning that hardly anyone had ever seen his "Ultimate form".

Frieza's most common form is his first one so that's probably what Supreme Kai was talking about.

I dunno, its the same argument as "Is Dabura Perfect Cell, or Super Perfect Cell's level of power?" It could be any of his forms, and I doubt someone who refers to killing Frieza's first form with one punch as a remarkable feat, would be able to give Buu the amount of trouble the Kai's gave him.

Well, they knew about Goku, and the ability of SSJ. So, Shin would have to be referring to Freeza's most powerful form in my opinion. He also didn't give Buu any kind of trouble, since Buu wasn't takin him seriously.

Shin mentioned five Kaioshins (that's including himself) when he was talkin about that time, then he mentioned that each would've "felled" Freeza with one blow. So, he was referring to himself and the others.

But keep in mind that he completely underestimated the saiyans. He thought PuiPui was a threat to them all, and I have to doubt PuiPui ever reached the hundred thousands in terms of powerlevel.

No it's not, because Dabura fought SSJ Gohan and neither of them are anywhere close to Super Perfect Cell.

but we don't know if Sumpreme Kai ever see the 100% Form Frieza. It never stated that.

Why would Pui Pui be 100,000-?

Why would Babidi send out someone WEAKER than Supreme Kai to steal energy, wouldn't Supreme Kai just fight and own him, and the Kai's energy can't even be used to resurrect Buu

How exactly would he know Pui Pui is weaker than Supreme Kai to begin with? It's not like he has any idea of their powers until he reads it with the kiri meter.

Well PuiPui survived a volley of punches from Vegeta who's quite a margin stronger than the Androids. So PuiPui couldn't be at 100,000, as for the Supreme Kai he fused with Kabito using the Potara earrings and he yet he was told to get Old Kai & Dende away from the planet when Kid Buu got there. So really that proves that Kabito Kai is weaker than SSJ2 Vegeta and Gotenks (Base) is easily on-par with him and since Gotenks is formed by a different fusion (Inferior) that means that Goten & Trunks in their Base forms could beat Supreme Kai & Kabito fairly easily. I'd say Supreme Kai could beat Freiza but not the Future Androids.
