I think they around the same power, so Piccolo would win 1-on-1 against either of them.
But Piccolo would certainly lose if it was 2-on-1.

Picolo would win,no problem.

Since Piccollo was equal after fusing with Kami with the androids,and became stronger then them after the Time Chamber,and IMO i have SSJ Trunks and Goten a bit weaker then #17 and #18, so Piccolo would win.
