If Goku (During the fight with Raditz) hit Raditz with a Super Kamehameha would it kill him, or would it be able to possibly over-power Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon, what do you think?

Why? Goku's normal Kamehameha was over 924 so his Super Kamehameha should be in the 1,100-1,200 range at least but why would it do nothing?

Yeah I'm with SSJ4 Vegito on this.
If the Super Kamehameha was still a different move it would defiantly cause some damage to Raditz given it is a far more powerful version of the mastered Kamehameha that Raditz himself blocked.

I'm also sure Goku's Super Kame beam becomes his basic one after his battle with Piccolo. If so, then it does no damage to him, and doesn't cancel Piccolo's Makankousappou attack.
