It depends how fast the ghosts are in relation to Goku. He might not have time to react.

Not really, as I dont have them improving that much In ROSAT.

Or it could be that they didn't imrove that much in the rosat and it could also be that SSJ3 Goku is stronger than you think.

Also I would say your numbers are IMO correct if the SSJ3 Goku you are talking about is the one fighting Fat Boo. If SSJ Gotenks (both pre and post rosat) are kept the same, I would place SSJ3 Goku (during Kid Boo fight) at 105 and FPSSJ3 Goku at 119.

If its a fight you're talking about then here's how it'll go. Goku Super Saiyan 3 vs Gotenks Super Saiyan 3. Goku Super Saiyan 3's power level is 1.08 billion and Gotenks Super Saiyan 3's power level is 4.5 billion which is obviously higher than Goku Super Saiyan 3's. But in a fight, Gotenks SSJ3 will fight Goku SSJ3 and give him alot of trouble, but after 5 minutes, Gotenks will defuse and then Goten and Trunks can be easily taken out by Goku.

I wasn't talking about Gotenks SSJ3 because in the topic there's Gotenks SSJ. I don't think that Gotenks is 4 times stronger than Goku though.

With a difference in power that large, the fight would end whenever Gotenks wanted it to.
And I don't know if Goku can even fight for 5 full mintues at SSJ3 before he is forced to power down.

But the topic is SSJ Gotenks anyway, not SSJ3 Gotenks.

Those power levels are too low IMO.
