There is no real indication whether SSJ Gotenks > SSJ3 Goku(full power).

About Goku's full power, I reckon its:

SSJ3 Goku (full power) > MSSJ Gotenks - pre rosat, but:

Goku wasn't supressed. That was his full SSJ3 power.

Did it seem like he was fucking around? Piccolo asked him weither he could win against Buu, and if Goku was far stronger, but just fucking around, then Piccolo would know the answer.

Besides, its shown that Goku cant reach full power of SSJ3 on Earth.

Those chi's were on similar level, otherwise Piccolo wouldn't ask the question he did. So Goku wasn't at full power while he was fighting Fat Buu.

Yeah he could, but IMO, Majin Buu is stronger than Chibi Buu.

SSJ3 Goku's power drains too fast. The only way I think he would beat SSJ Gotenks is an instant transmission Kamehameha.

He said that only in otherworld, he doesn't fell that much strain in SSJ3 form. He said that to Piccolo after his fight with Fat Buu if I remember well.

I see it too, but the fact that Fat Buu showed much more resistance, and gave much more trouble to kid Buu, than SSJ2 Vegeta, who is stronger than Mr.Buu(Buu without anger power up - Wraith Buu) shows that he had the power of Majin Buu.
