Kuririn's PL in the series probably never even got above 30,000 (40 at best). Kuririn's fighting peak in the series was during the Freeza arc, and he wasn't even serious about fighting anymore after the Cell arc.
I also wouldn't be surprised if he had power degredation during that seven year break. Humans and Saiyan/Human hybrids seem to lose power if they stop training, as opposed to Saiyans, who seem to have minimal or perhaps no power degradation at all. So when it comes down to it, I'd put Kuririn in the BT arc between 18,000 and 25,000 The problem is that we never see Kabito fight. But as an educated guess, I wouldn't put him any lower than 140,000. Kabito would pawn. Quote:

Kibito can't be much weaker then Supreme Kai if he is the kaioshin's assistant. Krillin isn't really that strong compared to other Z warriors. So, while I may not have concrete proof, I come to the conclusion that Kibito wins based on his status and that he can't be too weak.

It seems they still haven't gotten the idea that SSJ Goku (Against Freiza) 150,000,000+ (180 Million on my list) so really I wouldn't go by any power level lists that have them THAT low.
