Well, I wouldn't really consider their battle a two on one because Piccolo and 17 attacked at separated times. But Nonetheless, if they attacked at the same time, they still wouldn't prevail.

If this is a match of battle powers on equal footing, then I won't lock this thread.

Boo has shown to have tenaciously rearranged himself through some vicious bouts (and, ultimately, regeneration), but overall, outside of "Shin" Boo, in terms of kernel of intellect I'd say Freeza and Cell would easily win.
