I don't think Gohan's that much stronger than Goku to begin with. I put it at about 15%, which is also where I put Gohan's "lost power".

So that makes them at equal power levels. They should beat each other to exhaustion. No real winner.

I have Perfect Cell(against)/MSSJ Goku = 1.08333333...

So we know Goku had confidence Gohan can win against Cell, so IMO that makes him 1.2 times stronger. So MSSJ Gohan/MSSJ Goku = 1.2 * 1.08333... = 1.3.

Probably not. Goku doesn't have any techs that Gohan doesn't have, except for his teleport (which can be aggravating, but Gohan already knows all about it, so he'd be ready for any tricks) and the jan-ken "paper, rock, scisors" crap (which is utterly worthless).

I don't see any clear indications that he was counting on some miraculous event. I don't think he would risk life of his son without any clear indication that he can beat Cell.

After all, we know that Cell punched and kicked Gohan a few times, and Gohan's ki hasn't lowered a bit. Thats only possible if he was at least 1.2x Cell.

When Piccolo was going to intervene Goku told him that their only hope is the power hidden in Gohan. Plus just the fact that after seeing Gohan's power and having a little skirmish with him STILL wanted to fight Goku should mean Goku has something Gohan doesn't. So really I wouldn't place MSSJ Goku to much weaker than Cell Game SSJ Gohan to begin with.

Oh? And why not? Let's analyze this. One, Gohan is half human, so he can grow weaker over time if he neglects training. Two, he could not contend with Dabra, who was close to Complete Cell's powered-up state. Goku couldn't keep full pace with the same Cell, and Gohan couldn't keep up entirely with Dabra either. From Goku's statement of Dabra's power, and due to their performances, we can easily say that MSSj Gohan [Buu Arc] and MSSj Goku [Cell Arc] are about the same. What I find to be interesting is Goku's statement about Gohan in the Cell Game is he says that if he, referring to himself, couldn't beat Cell, then there's one other who he knows that could win. When you get right down to the nitty-gritty, Goku is basically saying that Gohan is in a different league of power than himself. When he goes to pep-talk Gohan, he asks him if he had any trouble following their movements. He replies no, but says he thought they weren't fighting for real. He thought they weren't actually getting down. This means Gohan was in a different league than Cell and Goku. Thus why I claim him to be 1.33x MSSj Goku's power. And it's because of Gohan's performance against Dabra later in the Babidi Arc that I would say he did decrease 30%.

It doesn't mean anything of the sort. Gohan thought that Goku was much stronger than him (since he always had been, not to mention the fact that it's his "Daddy"), not that they were equals. So the fact that Gohan didn't think Goku was going all-out doesn't mean that Gohan's much stronger. It just means that what Gohan had imagined his father as being was much stronger than what Goku really was.

30% is a little too big, I mean Vegeta (24,000) said Zarbon (21,000) looked like he was "standing still". Also Goku thought Gohan would go berserk and kill Cell effortlessly. Before Cell knew about his hidden powers he didn't give a crap about Gohan he wanted to fight Goku.

Gohan says that he had absolutely no trouble reading either his or Cell's movements. Cell had to have been around 1.17x Goku's strength. Gohan even states after Goku powers up to maximum that his father was great, but not that great. To Gohan, Goku seemed to be a lot weaker than he actually realized, but that was because Gohan was much stronger, even though he didn't see it himself because he thought Goku was going to beat Cell.

So what? Someone with the same power level isn't going to have any trouble following another person's movements. In fact, a fighter can still follow someone's movements even if they're quite a bit stronger than they are.

You don't have to be stronger than someone AT ALL to follow their movements, say nothing about having to be "much stronger".

Unless Gohan totally owned Cell like Vegeta owned Cui, he isn't "much" stronger than Goku. Goku fought Cell evenly; he did NOT get dominated. And then against the same Cell, all Gohan managed to do was run away from him and dodge.
