Goku was superior, but he did say Trunks attacks weren't even concentrated as much. So, while there is a difference, it isn't extremely significant in my opinion.

100% Mecha Frieza because of course we know that SSJ Goku>>Frieza 100% but I think that 100% MECHA frieza could beat SSJ Future Gohan by a bit.

Well thinking it about it SSJ Future Gohan>>Mecha Frieza but imagine if he turns 100%?! he would get alot stronger and maybe, just maybe he could beat SSJ Future Gohan.

We dont really know his FULL mecha power!

SSJ Future Gohan thought he could beat a #17 that was probably only using about 25-40% of his actual power, and we all know #17 was a monster in strength. Going by this, I say it AUTOMATICALLY puts Gohan on a higher level than Freeza.

The thing I don't get is how can Goku be stronger when he gets back to Earth? What training does he do, other than learning IT?

exactly and guess what happened when future gohan fought Android 17 he got beaten although 17 got help from his sister.

I gave a rough estimation, you're going ahead and assuming I meant 40% right from the beginning, I said it was anywhere between those numbers, though I'd say it's on the low end of the scale, probably around 30% at best, I wouldn't put it anywhere higher than that really.

Oh, and you're basing this off the movie, we never saw the actual fight in the manga, just Gohan being dead.

Well the way I see it is Future Trunks wouldn't have gone to fight the Androids if he wasn't stronger than Gohan the last time he died so Future Trunks>>Future Gohan.
Also didn't Trunks say that Goku would catch the virus "Not too long from now" Krillin was surprised that Goku got the heart virus (Since Piccolo told everyone about Goku's heart condition but with the medicine everyone except Gohan & Piccolo figures that he took it and he was passed the heart condition). So therefore Gohan would be hoping to reach his father's level when he died (Which wasn't too long after he returned) but I still say Gohan would win but it wouldn't be easy.
