Well it kind of does if Cooler>>Frieza so would there henchmen I think but salza wouldn´t be that much stronger than captain ginyu actually now I think that salza would be about 0,3x stronger than Ginyu.

Salza easily, he did take some hits from Piccolo (Who's stronger than 2nd form Freiza) so he should be miles ahead of Captain Ginyu. You might say: "OH, well how can Cooler's henchmen be stronger than 1st form Freiza?" well you have to remember that Freiza's True form is his last one, Freiza's first 3 forms are just to conceal his true power. So yeah, I'd say Salza hands down.
