It would've been good if they let us see the battle for ourselves. I still would put base Gotenks ahead of any SSJ2, though.

No, but I think these two would win. Fusion is a massive power boost.

Gohan would beat Gotenks.

Actually I don't think Gotenks is really that weak, I mean he Did escape from Fat Buu with his life. So that's something, so I wouldn't count Gotenks out of the fight completely. I always placed him on par with Gohan (Cell Games) maybe a little stronger.

Base gotenks in my opinion is weaker then SSJ Goku ,SSJ Gotenks equal to ssj3 goku and SSJ3 Gotenks stronger then SSJ3 goku

A little bit stronger than SSJ Goku to being equal/superior to SSJ3 Goku? Horrible logic. That would make Gotenk's SSJ multiplier more than 20x, while all the other Sayians' multiplier are 5x.
