Yes, Trunks managed to completely obliterate Cell with a chi blast. Now, think about this, how can the gap between Trunks and Cell be any bigger? Trunks accomplished everything he wanted to in his SSJ state.

Yes, Trunks went from being equal to 18 (with 18# actually having the slight advantage) to scaring the crap out of her with a blast that was nowhere near his full power. She managed to dodge it, because blasts are slower than the users who use them.

If we consider that Chibi Trunks and Goten in base form were putting up an even fight with #18, and then we consider that Base Gohan is stiil a good bit stronger than these two, we must also consider that Base Gohan is thus a good bit stronger than 18. Then you have to consider that 17 is slightly stronger than 18, however, even taking this into account, I don't think the difference is that much, so, i have to give this one to Base Gohan.

I see this one like this:Since #18 was a lot stronger then Trunks and Goten in their base form and handled them easilly and gohan is probbaly stronger then them a lot....and putting all together in the same box 17 would win over gohan considering that he even lost a lot of power in those 7 years

So what if he lost power in 7 years? he is still strong enough to beat Android 17 in his base form.

Base Gohan>=Android 18>SSJ Trunks and SSJ Goten.
