SSJ Son Goten vs. Son Goku

In the Boo arc, would Goku be so strong in base that he could hold his own against his son as a Super Saiyan?

I personally believe SSJ Goten is only a little stronger than base Goku, Pre-RoSaT, but that's just how his MSSJ multiplier works.

SSJ Goten: 360
Goku: 345

I think SSJ Goten would be more then enough. He faired quite well against MSSJ Gohan, who is definitely more powerful then base Goku in the Buu arc. He can't be weaker then Goku.

Doubt it. Super Saiyan brat isn't all this "10x stronger than Android 18!" power that people like to claim.

Base Goku, however, probably does. He's got to be close to "Super Vegeta" level in his base, if not more.

He doesn't have to be that many times more powerful to win the fight, though. MSSJ Gohan is weak, but definitely more powerful then Super Vegeta. Whether it was training or not, Goten showed that he wasn't all that weak.

Goku deffinatly SSJ Goten is stronger than 18 but not by a huge amount.

Where as Goku is easily much stronger than 18 and is stronger than 2nd Form Cell, but weaker than Perfect Cell, by a little bit.

So Goku wins.

Those are a little similar to my numbers, but I have a 15x multiplier for Goten and Trunks so their SSJ would be quite a bit higher.

SSJ Goten -- around 4,875,000,000

Base Goku -- 3,500,000,000

I don't know, those are just rough, not my real numbers. Even with a power advantage, I'd say Goku wins.

I would say Goten in power but Goku would probably win due his powerful techniques and skills.

Goku: 4,500,000,000

Goku could definitely hold his own in that battle due to fighting proficiency and experience.
