This is Fat Buu vs Evil Buu not Mr Buu vs Evil Buu. It never happened.

Anyways, Evil Buu is a part of Fat Buu, I don't see how he can be stronger, it's like to wonder who is stronger between Goten and Gotenks.

I suppose technically Fat Buu is a fusion of Mr Buu and Evil Buu.

I keep failing to distinguish the difference between Mr Buu and Fat Buu often so forgive me if I do in future.

No problem man, I'll tell you the difference.

Fat Buu is the first Buu to appear and the one we see the most, he is at the same level as SSJ3 Goku.

Mr Buu, appears when Fat Buu has too much anger in himself, thus the angers goes out and materializes as Evil Buu. Mr Buu looks exactly like Fat Buu, the only difference is that he's much weaker because he becomes Fat Buu when he has Evil Buu in himself. He has no evil and he the most gentle and weakest of all Buu. His power is slightly above SSJ2 Majin Vegeta.

Majin Buu has to get mad to tap into his power; Super Buu already has access to his powers, and doesn't need to get mad in order to use them.
