His power constantly increases as he get's mad. He never went to full-power because he split into two.

First of all, Evil Buu is much more powerful than Mr Buu.
Fat Buu = Mr Buu as the Buu body Evil Buu = Super Buu as the Buu body thus Super Buu is much more powerful than Fat Buu. It's not rocket science.

What? That his power increases when he get's mad? That's shown. If you're talkin about whether he reached full-power or not, that's not. When he releases all of his energy, Evil Buu is formed. So, it's not difficult to tell he couldn't keep gettin angry without him havin to split all of his evilness, eventually.

Majinbuu is just very wierd. I mean he turns into kidbuu instead of evilbuu w/o any explanaition.
Edit: We don't know if Majinbuu could've gone higher if he kept getting mad. Maybe that was his limit.

That's because he was all of the evil that was within Majin Buu. It's totally different; which is why he didn't turn into Kid Buu at that point.
His limit could've been when he had to release the evil. It's never specified.

No i'm saying Evil Buu is the body used for Super Buu with Mr Buu's power inside.
That's the reason that Super Buu is more powerful than Fat Buu, as Fat Buu has the weaker Mr Bu as the body. Mr Buu << Evil Buu Evil Buu >> Mr Buu Fat Buu = Mr Buu + Evil Buu Super Buu = Evil Buu + Mr Buu Super Buu >> Fat Buu > Evil Buu > Mr Buu

As far as I'm concerned, Evil Buu = Kid Buu. Take a pure evil being (Kid Buu) and add some pure good to it (the two kaioshins), then remove the evil (Evil Buu). The evil hasn't changed or increased, because the only two extras (the two kaioshins) didn't bring in any more evil.
But anyway, that's not the point. Since both Fat Buu and Super Buu are made up of the same constituents (evil and good), theoretically they should be the same. The only difference is that Fat Buu has to get angry to bring out his power, where Super Buu has it all available by default. Since Super Buu was shown to be far, far stronger than Fat Buu, this is strongly evidenced. Maybe if Fat Buu kept getting angry he would eventually reach Super Buu's power, but as stated he didn't get the chance because he split due to the conflict between his anger and his promise to Satan. |

Seeing how Mr. Buu fight with Evil Buu and Chibi Buu, I think is clearly that Evil Buu is far stronger than Chibi Buu.
Though I don't know why since these all Majin Buu forms are too complicated to try an accurate power level between them. |

Kid Buu >= Evil Buu. Kid Buu was toying, Evil Buu was serious right from the start.
