Like I said, I'm just going by Venom's listed PL's, and since he was the one who started this thread, I think going by his PL's won't really hurt anything. I don't really have the time to do the math, but going by Buu's absorptions and SSJ multipliers and such, is 60x really enough for Vegetto to outclass Buu as he did? The last thing is, even if the multiplier is 60x one of the fighter's PLs, that's enough for the fusion character to win pretty much every time in this thread's matchups.

Base Goten and Trunks are both weaker than 18, so a dance between 17 and 18 would be stronger than base Gotenks. Therefore, it depends on where you put base Gotenks. I place him below all the SSJ2s, and SPC.

Piccolo > base Vegeta and Goku, so this fusion would be just a bit above base Vegito (assuming potara). So again, depends on your preference -- base Vegito above or below Super Buu. With the dance, Super Buu with relative ease.

I used the site list even though it is off the gap between the powers is still about the same.

How? Saibamen's PL is about 1200. Do you think two fusioned can beat someone about 50 times stronger than him let alone two?

Now this makes the multiplier look ridiculous but it's perfect for other cases

It's possible the multiplier could scale as the power levels of the fusees increase.

[Goten + Trunks] * 125 is reasonable, but would Bulma and Chichi fusing with the Potara and becoming as strong as Goku (during the fight with Raditz) make sense?

Maybe if the saibamen did fuse they would be stronger than Ct.Ginyu
