Goku understands the limits of his body very well. In fact, after 100g's he underestimated himself and said he could handle Kaio-ken x10.

He said himself that he realised the SSJ3 was easier to handle while dead, he didn't even knew there was a difference. The fact he thought he could handle Kaioken 10x has nothing to do with it.

Yeah, it does. The significance of his concurrence with Vegeta about being "able to obliterate" Boo shows he understood the difference; thus understanding his bodily attributes.
What are we debating?

I think Gohan is the strongest. All of his potential was unlocked by the Old Kaioshin. I don't think any of the Z fighters can surpass that. (Maybe if they trained for 20 years and Gohan didn't train) We can see that because Gohan was way stronger than super buu and held is own against buutenks while Goku was around equal to kid buu (even though in full power he could have beat kid buu)

Completely agreed with the guy whose name shows him to be biased. (Just kidding mate ;) )
Gohan is the single strongest unfused character in Dragon Ball Z. |

Son Gohan in the manga, Son Goku in the anime. In the manga, Super Gotenks surpassed SS3 Goku by a large amount. Then Gohan came and showed (without the massive amount of power that fusion brings) that he could wound Boo with ease whereas it took some effort for Super Gotenks to do the same. There's no evidence that says Goku became any stronger, and the last Boo incarnation is simply said to be the most evil, not the most powerful.
In the anime...Toei just sort of did its own thing as far as the script went. They made it seem like the last Boo was the strongest of them all, and as if Super Saiyan 3 Son Goku was usurped only by Super Vegetto in sheer power. This being, of course, the same individual in the manga who went to SS3 and threw up his arms out of fear at the oncoming assault Boo (with Super Gotenks absorbed) was about to dish out. |

Oh, I forgot to answer that. Goku couldn't have known his bodily attributes since he never experienced something like that. He was even suprised that he couldn't sustain the SSJ3, why would he be suprised if he knew his bodily attributes. At least when he said he could have handled Kaioken 10x, he experienced Kaioken, Kaioken x2 etc. For the SSJ3 it's a completely different matter.
