Kai o Shin and Kibito fuse and confront Cell

Explain who win, How.

Dude you must really be bored.

There is no real way to se Kibito Shin's strength since he never fought.

And the only time we see Supreme Kiao fight is when he is getting owned by Fat Buu.

He was surprised when he saw how strong the sayians were, but he also never thought they could beat the Majin grunts, yet they did.

So all I know is that he is weaker then Buu yet much stronger then Freeza.

I would say he would win though.
