Which of these combatants can best the other?

Master Roshi would easily win since he is dar stronger then Goku was when he took a bullet and Videl definantly could not do that.

OMG roshi at his worst would win this. Roshi's PL is 139 while videl's isn't even in the 10s.

I personally don't see a point in trying to compare BPs for humans and the early Zet Senshi sense it doesn't make much sense (The Gaps should be much, much bigger).

Anyways Roshi would win with complete ease.

A lot of people claim that to have flight aura means Videl's PL is over 416..... Any truth to this?

A lot of people try to claim that, but I think there were no "flight auras" in the early days simply because the characters hadn't learned to fly yet. Not that they were too weak to fly.

Lets see here Master Roshi is a master so he has had a great amount of combat experience, plus he powerlevel is definatly over 100, he has the kamahmha, if he needed to use it, and the paralysis thing he used agianst Goku in DB.

Videl can fly, is only about 18 or so so has not had a lot of battle experience, and her powerlevel is definatly beneath 20, she can barely for a ki blast and even if she was too distract roshi he is strong enough the he will not be harmed that bad if at all.

So Roshi wins.

Nah, Spopovich wasn't very hard. He just had incredible resilience from the Majin seal. He wasn't a very skillful fighter at all.
