If you guys think Videl can blow up the moon then yes, she can definitely put up a match against Roshi, though I doubt she can. This is a rather unbalanced battle since everyone seems to think that, if we are in the end of Z, the human warriors have became so weak that even a Videl can put up a match against the early DBZ characters. Videl is a human like Roshi, there is no way she can blow up the moon or Spopovich would have been history. Roshi wouldn't even need to move to completely own her. Though you're right, she could use her feminin charms to win.

If is focused on winning and pretty much has the intention to kill Videl, then he would win with a few punchs.

She has had no special training at all, beside the like 2 weeks or so with Gohan.
There is no way some who is stronger then Kid Goku for a little bit in the series can loose to some one who is just about at Hurcules strength.

If he is not serious the Videl would win if she used her "Femine Charm" err whatever.

It is kinda of off topic but he could beat Spocovitch and Yamu too.
