Super Perfect Cell (Full Powered) vs. Evil Buu
Super Perfect Cell (Full Powered) vs. Mr. Buu

I really don't know because Mr. Buu is around a SSJ2 Strength so please elaborate.

It's shown in the manga that SSj2 Vegeta is weaker than Mr. Buu. [Chibi Buu Arc] SSj2 Vegeta is around Complete Cell [Post-Zenkai]'s level of power, so either way you slice it, both Buu's would win.

This topic is two one sided. SSJ2 Gohan was stronger than Cell. SSJ2 Vegeta from the Buu arc is a good deal stronger than Cell and SSJ2 Gohan in the Cell arc, SSJ2 Vegeta was getting utterly destroyed by Chibi Buu, he didn't manage to do anything while Mr Buu at least was resisting a bit. Aku Buu kicked Mr Buu's ass quite easily who is stronger than Vegeta who is a good deal stronger than Super Perfect Cell.

Aku Buu>>>Mr Buu>SSJ2 Vegeta>>Super Perfect Cell

Something a bit more fair would be GT Cell against Aku Buu or Mr Buu.

I disagree with you, Super Perfect Cell wouldn't put up a decent fight against Mr Buu. Since by now, years have past since the Cell era, then SSJ2 Vegeta must be stronger than SSJ2 Gohan from Cell arc quite a bit. Mr Buu can regenerate, he has rubber like body, he can extend his limbs and he has even more unpredictable moves than Cell. He could transform Cell itno a candy, or just wrap him like Fat Buu did with Vegeta, it would be an ownage, Cell wouldn't even touch him.

Actually most people in their PL lists have SSj2 Bejita slightly stronger than SSj2 Gohan.

Anyways PL wise I have Mr. Buu stronger than SSj2 Son Gokuu but not by a large amount. That level of power plus regeneration leads to him lasting much longer than SSj2 Bejita. So the victory goes to Mr. Buu.

Dabura was stated to be at about Perfect Cell's stregth so if he lost to Mr. Buu then Cell would also lose to Mr. Buu and Evil Buu.

Dabra was around Kanzentai Seru's strength. A character who was powered up multiple times. Also Dabra lost against Majin Buu not Mr. Buu.

I don't want to sound offensive but most people have not really good or accurate power level list. According to me, it goes like this. Take these simple facts:

1- Even if Vegeta never reached SSJ2 until the Babidi saga, he was still training like crazy, so his power in base and SSJ form raised quite a bit.

2- 7 years have passed, so knowing Vegeta's competitive personnality, his goal now will be probabily to surpass Gohan since he is the strongest, his ultimate objective is still defeating Goku though. We can assume that in these 7 years, MSSJ Vegeta is quite stronger than MSSJ Gohan from the Cell arc.

3- His power will even be more appearant as SSJ2 if he's stronger than Gohan from the Cell arc in their MSSJ form.

Just take that in account, Vegeta trained for 7 years, so even if he hasn't reached SSJ2 yet, he has reached new heights of power as in SSJ and base form, so when he'll turn SSJ2, the difference will be even bigger.

You'd think that but...most of the lists decrease the SSj2 multiplier for Bejita and Gokuu.

Another thing Mr. Buu does not equal Majin Buu. Majin Buu's power was divided between Mr. Buu and Aku Buu.

I don't know why everybody decreases the multiplier when they have the exact same mastery of the exact same form. The only time I would change a multiplier from a character to another is when a character has a better mastery of the form preceding the next one. Exemple: If Goku can go SSJ for like 10 years and Goten for only 1 month, obviously Goku will have a higher multiplier than Goten. It doesn't apply to Gohan and Vegeta since both were rookie SSJ2.

Like Zero said, Aku Buu doesn't equal Mr Buu since Aku Buu was thrashing him with ease because he had no good within him to restrain his power, it makes him much stronger. So obviously, if you think someone is about equal to Mr Buu, then that person doesn't stand a chance against Aku Buu.

Cell has no chance.

Mr. Buu was shown to be at least as powerful as Super Saiyan 2 Vegeta (when they both got trashed by Kid Buu).

Super Saiyan 2 Vegeta is implied to be stronger than Super Saiyan 2 Gohan was during the Cell Games.

Super Saiyan 2 Gohan at the Cell Games was stronger than any kind of Cell.

Result = blowout win for Buu.

To that I add: SSJ2 Vegeta didn't even touch Chibi Buu while Fat Buu was at least able to touch him during their fight, he was taking hits but he faired much better than Vegeta did. Therefore is quite stronger than SSJ2 Vegeta.
