Goku:"Well, DUH!". Piccolo:"Heh, I guess I asked for that". This was before the tournament, and the most chi-output Cell corked out was against ASSJ2/Super-Super Saiyajin Trunks. In other words: Piccolo=x1.14-x1.25<Complete Cell Vegeta was trashed... My theory is that the individual Cell Jr.'s are dead even with Cell at that point. This makes sense because he isn't even mentioned amongst those who are "keeping up", and yet he is seen struggling with one for a brief moment (not to mention he isn't crumpled on the ground). Going with the thought Vegeta told him to "hurry up and take his turn", it kind of shows how all the characters (even those displaying rivalry/animosity) can glimpse the potential in each other. For example, Piccolo realizing Gohan had Super Saiyajin dormant for years or Goku offering a spot to Tenshinhan.

Just a hunch, but do you all(who pick piccolo) believe Vegeta was a SSJ or ASSJ when fighting the cell jr? Quote:

I believe vegeta wasn't Super vegeta against cell, his muscles were smaller. He was a regular ssj and Piccolo could have never gotten much stronger so i think vegeta wins + he is the prince of all saiyans.lol
