I believe Freiza, being as cocky as he is, would laugh and stand there.

My scenario:

Freiza stands with hands folded behind his back, boasting of his power. He might say something like "Look, if it isn't another worm for me to squish. Why don't you just run along, before I change my mind."

Akuman fires that evil Beam thingie.

"Weakling, that won't do anything against Empire Freiza!" The beam hits and he can't move.

"What's going on?" The pink beam gets brighter around him.

"This can't be!!"

BOOM!!

You know we might as well make a "Friezas toe nail vs Cell's left wing"...it's obviosly pointless to continue. Freeza is stronger, faster, whatever. This battle would be over the instant Akkuman showed his pathetic face in front of Frieza.

The only reason Akuman could win, is with his beam, and that's only, if Frieza stands there, yawning, and being the arrgogant changling he is.

It's either:

A. Frieza destroys Akkuman instantly

B. Akkuman gets his beam to hit

Excatly and as soon as Arkumen his proper name hits Freiza with the Beam of Evil its over, this posts has to possible outcomes:
1. Freiza kills Devilman, instantly
2. Devilman hits Freiza with Beam of Evil freiza exploded, Arukmen wins

No, because Buu would just re-form after blowing up. Same with Cell.

Freeza shoots Devilman with a deathbeam fight over. Why do I think this Well after being killed by two SSJs and beating by Pikkon I think that Freeza would a little wiser in a battle.

Pikkon was filler, and technically only one Super Saiyan killed him (even though it should've been Goku), but I see your point.

Freiza not wise thats Cell, not canon INCOMING look at GT Freiza, the problem is Freiza is really the most arogant villians in DBZ there are.
