Meh. I'd say Mr. Satan just because he actually won a Tenkaichi Budoukai even if there weren't any "real fighters" there although the smell will be unbearable...

Mr Satan could just put a peg on his nose and he even though he is pretty dumb he could still probably outsmart Bacterian and get the win.

Anyways, Hurcule would win since minus his cocky ego he is the strongest nonki/nonspecial training human.

He probobly has a powerlevel of 8 or so since a full grown human has a power of 6 or so, he is strong but compared to the Z fighters he is weak.

Bacterian was really smelly, he didn´t participate again, and Krillin defeat him only because he doesn´t have a nose (Silly DB) but others can not come close to him without feeling sick, Mr. Satan is a strong normal human, but a fart attack and stinky breath technique give the victory to Bacterian, but money talks, Satan can buy his victory xD

I still think that Hercule will just hold his nose and close his eyes and blindly swing at Bacterian, and since Bacterian is so huge and slow all Hercule needs is one or two good hits and he will win.

Since even though the stench was bad, if he really badly wanted to win and lets just it is before he won his first tornement, and some how win.

Mr. Satan was considered the most powerful man on Earth during the time of the Cell Saga. He would easily be able to take care of Bacterian with his martial arts skills. The smell means nothing.

What if he kept using his spit though? Eventually it would land.. but if Bacterian didn't have the acidy spit, Mr. Satan would probably own him IMO.
