I agree with tou but i write a second example why should i have this opinion...

...and while fighting Buu(with Gotenks and piccolo) Goku stand better than Gohan...

Movies are not canon. Here is the Z section so you can't protect an argument based on a movie. In my opinion mystic gohan is about 4x stronger than goku ssj3. You can clearly see it while goku can barely stand against kid buu. And gohan totally overwhelming super buu AND holding his own against super buutenks.

I stand with the "Gohan is the strongest" crowd personally.

As for the actual topic, Super Buu easily overpowers Goku, and it would probably come down to the possibility of a Spirit Bomb. But I'd still edge Buu over Goku in this battle.

Boo would re-arrange his face in his third incarnation. Son Goku had to put in some thought into whether he could beat the fat Boo at Super Saiyan 3. We know from his insinuations that he was much stronger than he lead on to being, but we also know that it takes a lot of chi to truly kill Boo and that Boo still had loads of room for rage even at the level he was at while fighting SS3 Son Goku.

The third Boo was, by Piccolo's reaction, far worse than anything that had come before. It wasn't even matched until Gotenks tapped into Super Saiyan 3 power, and even then it's questionable as to whether Gotenks was truly superior given that Boo is easily damaged yet bounces back to his normal state in moments (Gohan seems to be the only being this version of Boo encounters that can do lasting damage). While the Zet Senshi and Gotenks himself seem to have been sure that Super Saiyan Gotenks had the power to beat the fat Boo, even with training in the RoSaT the same Super Saiyan Gotenks was child's play at best to "Super" Boo.

Putting it all in perspective, Son Goku never experiences a zenkai due to the lack of damage done to him in his first fight with Boo. He does not grow in power, and leaves with the certainty that fusion could definitely make up for his absence in spades. Considering the massive gap in power created by the two Boo's combination, SS3 Son Goku would get free plastic surgery if he fought the lanky Boo.
