Uchiha Itachi vs. Arale

Who would win a fight between Uchiha Itachi from Naruto and Arale from Dr. Slump

This is hard because I honestly don't remember how strong Chibi Goku and Arale were. If I remember correctly she beat up blue so she wasn't that far ahead of Goku (post-Muten Roshi's training). Based off the responses from my own thread of Goku versus Akatsuki Itachi would defeat her with genjutsu.

But she can run almost as fast as Kintoun can fly and she's WAY stronger than Goku was when he met her in Penguin Village because she sent Blue flying in 2 hits and Goku took 3 hits to send him nowhere near a quarter of the distance she did in her first hit. Still, Itachi's probably about as fast(if not way faster) than kintoun as well, and Arale's kinda dumb and she can't see anything without her glasses. But I thinks Arale is alot stronger and faster than she showed there since she wasn't THAT tired after running all the way from home to the place the plane crashed just after kintoun and what she did to Blue clearly wasn't her best. You may disagree(and think I'm an idiot), but I think Arale could beat Demon King Piccolo.

I'm pretty sure Arale can win if she can use a technique to travel 500 miles an hour and she can split the earth in half. >_>

I'd hate to say this... but even Itachi can't do much if the enemy can split the planet in half with a single fist >_>. Of course, if Itachi catches her off-guard, Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu are instant kill. If he ambushes her with a couple of kage bunshins, he's got his chance, like against everyone else. But it's like saying that I could beat a soldier with a machinegun if I go behind him and stab him in the neck, so Arale's stronger >_>
