Base Goku (Cyborg Saga) vs Piccolo (Cyborg Saga)

Opinions? I am with piccolo. By the way, how many times do you think piccolo is stronger then base goku?

Base Goku would win because lets face it. In the namek saga base Goku was doing pretty well against frieza's fourth form where Piccolo couldnt stand up to frieza's third form. So I have to say in the cyborg saga Goku is a bit stronger in base form in cyborg form so he would win.

If we go by powerlevels Piccolo takes this easily. If we ignore powerlevels then I would still say Piccolo would still take this because Piccolo>>>20>>>Angry Son Goku Punch>>>Son Goku

Piccolo. Easily, nonchalantly, and at his leisure. Kuririn registered and acted as though he'd hit a totally new roof power without worldly notions, as if he was a different person, as if that was what his maximum power threshold was like, and the comparison was being made to the Super Saiyans of the timeframe. While Goku had achieved a certain echelon of radiant power and insurmountable wall that one meticulous number may not cover, in terms of sentiments and on a hindsight, his normal state or 'base level' was still no place near the sheer power of a Super Saiyan, and Piccolo was way above Super Saiyan Goku on Namek. I'd say around a 20x amount of difference between the two, adhering to my estimation. That's what happens when you train with Super Saiyan Goku for 3 years, in light of that.

Piccolo in the Cyborg saga is easily much stronger than Base Goku. Piccolo showed the kind of power that only Cyborgs and Super Saiyans [at the time] could wield. Proof of this is #20's embarrising defeat by Piccolo. Very simple.
