Freezer (3rd form) Yamcha basically stopped training after the Cell games and he doesn't have a move like the kienzan or Shinkioho.

I am with freeza. In my opinion krillin or tien may have been a match for 3rd form freeza in the end of dragon ball z but yancha it's a different story...
