SSj2 Vegeta would kill Super Perfect Cell, 5,000,000 Cell jrs, and 5,000,000,000,000,000,000 Saibaimen together. Unfortunately, DBZ battle mechanics don't work like Naruto, where teaming up against someone stronger than you can really make any difference. If you are like, 1,5x the power of someone, even if a billion someones come at you, they'll die.

SSj2 Vegeta with 5 Cell's Juniors without compunction, by nature. Though it does depend which Complete Cell you're hinting to; in the case of SSj2 / post-regeneration it'd be a rather stand-still battle with Vegeta slightly taking the lead in my view (and Cell's Juniors dealing out the Cultivars or 'Saibamen' at a caprice).

Vegeta would beat the cell jr as easily as gohan and perfect cell would just blast the saibamen with his look. Then vegeta beats cell
