SS Chibi Gotenks vs Perfect Cell

In my previous Chibi Trunks vs Frieza 100% post I wanted to take into consideration more the factor of experience and psychology than pure battle power. In terms of pure battle power, any SS could obliterate Frieza. Anyway...
Now who would be stronger? The two kids fusing as Super Saiyans (before RoSaT) or Perfect Cell battling Goku during the Cell Games arc?

Dude, are you serious? If you've watched DBZ you'd know that SSj1 Gotenks [pre-ROSAT] would easily defeat Perfect Cell.
I dont mean to be rude or anything, but the answer is just so obvious.

SSJ Gotenks (pre rosat) is at or above SSJ3 Goku. Thus he would rip Cell apart. I'm sorry but this isn't a good fight at all. Even Base Gotenks would annihiliate Cell.
