To make certain, Gohan wasn't at Super Saiyan 2 in that bout against Dabra, otherwise he would have had consistent bolts over his aura (the telltale sign as to whether he's at SSj2; otherwise prevalent lightning would dance around the aura). The same SSj2 Gohan goes on to have major difficulties combating Dabra... it would be really odd to watch, but it would be awesome to watch SSj2 Gohan outstrip Dabra by quite a huge amount in every sense of the term (to a more sincere extent, I feel positive on said bout). [:O]
This also falls in place in regards to Goku's comment in Volume 22 guaging Dabra's strength... Gohan was no place near all-out (or what he could put out), not due to being depleted of his chi (not entirely, but to an extent) pre-Senzu, but his boundless arrogance at SSj2 (causing his father to indirectly die). Said reason goes to show the point of the matter.... SSj2 Complete Cell (post-regeneration) >>> SSj2 Boo Saga Arc Gohan.
