There were sparks to begin with, that's all that's needed Sparks in aura=SSJ2. Always.

Dabura surpasses Cell as Goku and Vegeta state in the manga, but it depends pretty much on which power Toei gives to Paikuhan, since they first did give him more power than cell and then less than SSJ Goku.

The power that Paikuhan had against Cell should be enough to beat Dabura.

Pikkon wasn't as strong as Cell but he caught Cell off gaurd and Cell doesn't walk around HFIL in his Super Perfect State Just like Freeza isn't always at 100% and Goku isn't always Super Saiyan. AND Pikkon actually beat Cell in three attacks before he could do anything not one rewatch the episode.

Pikkon kept training afterwards and East Kai said Goku was stronger than Pikkon was BUT Pikkon had been getting stronger too. Pikkon wasn't completely amazed at SS3, he called Goku show off If I remeber right. So I think he could reach SS2 levles later.

Dabura still has the edge though since he can turn stuff to stone.

Pikkon show us that he has powerful attaks and can easily beat Super Perfect Cell. Dabura didn't show us that much of what he's capable. Since he was control by Babadi's magic, he must of been way weaker than Super Perfect Cell. That's why I'll say Pikkon would win against Dabura.

NO, first of the lunder stike would power cells head off but he would kust regenerate hsi head and get back to fighting.

I think Piccolo was over underestmated by Cell he was caught off guard, but still Toei screwed it up by Cell not just jumping back up and fighting, Cell would not (no matter how good of a sneak attack) just ger hit once and be out!

Pikkon who I think is an interesting character, is still very over rated. Like many have also stated it, Cell wouldn't just get knocked down and thrown in Jail or where he went to. Goku>Pikkon Cell>Goku. No matter what people say there is no true way of figuring out who is stronger. Like I said before I personally think Dabura would win.

If the attack against Cell was truley caught off guard then Cell would have been able to control his fall & not be KO'ed.

Cell didn't regain control because Toei overpowers all their characters and makes other characters seem weaker than usual. If Toei actually used logic, Cell would have easily beat Pikkon.

Fact is the Celestical Tourny is Toei's stuff & they made Pikkon superior, they did not over power him, they wanted a chatacter who is superior to Cell.
