Super Perfect Cell vs Kid Buu

Well before I state my opion could they even be at equal power levels??

But ok if the PL's are changed and Cell and Buu are equal i'd say Kid Buu would take it home because his regeneration ability is more effective. And his allistic powers always give him an advantage while Cell has other peoples powers but isn't a wadded up piece of bubble gum like Kid Buu.

Well then if their at equal powerlevels it just depends on who is faster: Kid Buu. Dont forget that kid buu can regenerate himself, so Cell would have to completely obliterate him.

Cell because although buu regenerates faster cell gets stronger when he does...and with an equl power level buu wouldnt be able to destroy every cell.......

I say Cell would win because he smarter, he could easily trick buu!

He gets stronger after near death heals!

Buu does have better regeneration but Cell has better endurance! Mere bullets have affected Buu, while they haven't affected Cell! some of the simplest attacks have reduced buu to almost nothing, while Very strong attacks have only blown Cell in half, or blown his arm off!

Cell has a huge array of attacks he can use of Buu

At equal power? That's hard to say....you could say that Cell has the
advantage due to higher intelligence and a wider range of
attacks....you could say Kid Buu, due to his far superior regeneration
ability, and the fact that he's plain crazy. I'm going to have to go
with Buu.

And to clarify, Buu has never been affected by bullets...not to mention in his actual power, is far more durable than Cell....

When I say affected I don't mean major damage, I just mean Buu's body was pierced by bullets! I am referring to Super Buu who is stronger than Kid Buu so if he can be affected so can Kid Buu!

That wasn't any damage...the bullets passed through his body....that's
like saying you can injure water...Super Buu could take a full-on chou
kamehameha from SSJ3 Goku without being blown apart....he liquified and
the bullets passed through him...most people don't splash when they're
shot.

Boo's body is magical and his body absorbs the punches people give him and leave a dent on him until he blows himself up (with air) and they dissapear. I mean, a human can hit him and he'll get a dent on his body. But that does, by no means, mean that it hurt him.

Incorrect. For someone who's more rickety and flimsy in respective comparison to Cell, he certainly has a much more effective way of regeneration.

Even though both of them would probably be at the height of the battle if they ever were to be subject to such a situation, I wouldn't say it would be temerarious of me to say Chibi Boo would win that bout, even with an "equal power level".

Buu, why because if you destory Cells whole body (and mostly likely) he's not coming back, and Buu can just absorb him and become Cell Buu.
