...As I've embroidered upon many, many times, SSj 3rd Grade Broli wouldn't hold a candle to "Super Perfect Cell" without being incinerated into utter nothingness within a nanosecond (which means he wouldn't hold a candle at all, apparently). Hence the 3rd Grade form of SSj, which is easily outstripped by the complete Mastery of the SSj, which SSj 2 is far, far, far above; to put it in a rather short, veracious manner.

Cell would win this fight no question Broly is nothing to Super Perfect Cell or even the Powered up Cell that fought Goku. It's been proven countless times on this site why Broly is not that strong because he was beaten by a Mastered Super Saiyan Goku. Cell would distroy Broly with out breaking a sweat.

Toei-bugged LSSJ Burori destroyed a galaxy in one blast.
SK Seru could destroy a solar system in a very charged blast.

So by logic Burori could whipe out the entire universe in 4 blasts.

As for Burouri, Gokuu defeated him as a Perfect/Mastered Super Saiyajin. The proof? Gohan was in his Super-Saiyajin form, and he did not become one until after training in the ROSAT.

If PSSJ Gokuu can defeat LSSJ Burouri, and Gokuu got his ass handed to him before Seru even tapped into his full power (which was before the SSJ2 power-up)...poor Burouri would be destroyed with a single thought.

Becaue everyone has given the proof that i would have provided! Goku beat Broly as FPSSJ but couldn't beat Cell! Cell was defeated by a super saiyan 2, who is stonger than any form broly has. I was actually hoping someone would say broly would win because then this could actually turn into a debate! I knew Cell was stonger I just wanted to see what the people of this board thought since alot of idiots on other boards think broly is the most powerful being ever and could even take on a Super Saiyan 4.

Gumption leads us in the direction that Goku and Gohan were no "FPSSJ" in Movie 8, but mid-RoSaT SSjs, who could have been anywhere from around Cell (Stage 2)'s level of power or Super Vegeta and Trunks (post-1st ring through the RoSaT).

Broli easily fell to a Goku manifesting a MSSj aura, meaning that Broli would tread nowhere nigh the grounds of a SSj 4.... let alone MSSj or Complete Cell (at least, not in his powered up state or greater).

Actually I'd give it to Broly. Why, cause he held off three Kamehamehas, Two were from Super Saiyans and one was from a Super Saiyan 2, Goku. And Broly is not a Super Saiyan 3rd grade, he's beyond it. His form is like an alternate transformation to super sayain 2. He loses no speed like a 3rd grade and his power just keeps going up unlike most super sayain forms that just keep levle.

People say Goku was not there but he was Goten had wished his dad was there and the dragon balls granted it. I know this breaks all the rules about the Dragon not beeing seen or heard blah blah blah but thats what happened in the movie. The sky darkened after Gotens wish and the dragon ball scattered and there was Goku.

Gohan Saw Goku Goten Saw him and Broly saw him and he was beating their Kamehamehas not with any special moves but with a normal ki blast, and a pretty small one. If he had really tried they would of all died but Broly's head was too big. He coulda beat Cell, especialy since he can reserect himself, which is just as effective as Cells regenaeration.

Even IF Goku was there, he wasn't a SSJ2 at the time. And Gohan and Goten were both injured also.

And that thing about his power keep on growing, I'm not to sure about that, you might want to check the Japanese lines on that one.

I will give the edge to super perfect cell, since i think that broli's power isn't so strong as a ssj2, and super perfect cell was close to ssj2 kid gohan power.

By the way, deckzone, it's correct, brolli stated that is ki was growing fast and that his body couldn't hold it, and so, due to this, he started to fire many ki balls (to reduce his ki reserves).

This is kinda difficult..why? Lemme' break it down.

Explanation

As I explained about the Cell vs Kid Buu, which by th way is too obvious. Cell couldn't beat Gohan at Super Saiyan 2 how's he gonna' put away Super Saiyan 3 That actuelly held his own against Kid Buu. No way in heck that Cell can beat Kid Buu.

And what did I say about the Broly versus Majin Vegeta. If Broly can't withstand a Super Saiyan 2 Gohan, how's he gonna' beat Vegeta with an extra power-boost from the Majin Spell.

Cell, at the power you talking about now. Would probably...win due to the fact that he has alot more speed then Broly and he actuelly thinks about somthing other then killing Goku. Yeah that makes scence. Cell would probably win.
