I'm guessing the Baby Vegeta your talking about is the one at the end of the saga but I probobly dosn't matter because Baby Vegeta would probably beat Janenba eaisly. Janenba held a slight advantage over Super Saiyan 3 Goku while Baby Vegeta was able to crush a much stronger GT Goku so I say that Baby Vegeta clearly wins this fight.

If you're talking about "Great Ape" Baby Vegeta, then he'd win with ease. Shin Baby Vegeta would be able to do away with Janemaba but the fight would be much closer. The way I see it, Shin Boo>=Shin Baby Vegeta>Majin Oob>=Janemba>Son Goku ssj3.
