Ahh..dunno. If Gokuu and Bejiita were both so sure of themselves to the point where they expected they'd make short work of Dabra, more or less equeal to FP/PU Kanzentai Seru, who could beat SSj (post-2nd time RoSaT)Torankusu to a pulp with ease, then there's no doubt that SSj Gokuu(Buu arc) would all-out slaghter him, but then there's the difference in power between his SSj and Base forms. It really depends whether or not SSj Torankusu can suffice to tie a 1/3-powered SSj Gokuu, who would be in about the same range of power as Base Gokuu during to Buu arc. All in all, it's much too troublesome for me to bother to get in depth.

Sephiroth

It's true that Goku is very strong in the Boo saga but I doubt he would get so strong that his base could become that strong. Trunks recieved a large increase during his second trip into the RoSaT so I would put Base Goku during the Boo saga around Trunks after his first time in the RoSaT not the second.

Pikkoro, while significantly inferior to his opponent, was able to do just as much. Then he, after 7 years, is classified as "small fry" compared to the base Saiya-jins. So yes, they "got THAT powerful at that point."

Trunks & Vegeta are the only ones ever stated to be holding their own....Piccolo got his butt kicked just like thr rest.

Vegeta was a small fry int he buu saga look he lost to buu and got his ass kicked.

I say Trunks Goku is strong in his base but not as Strong as a SS1.

The Chibi Kiriyama

Look at his aura when fighting the Cell Jrs. It's that of a SST2, not a Super Saiyan.
Yamcha got his arm broken just by a Cell Jr. that wasn't trying to kill him. Tenshinhan was knocked out. Goku was badly beaten. Those are the examples as to how one gets 'his butt kicked'. Piccolo is not only standing but is also only mildly wounded. He may not have been able to completely fend off the Cell Jr. he was fighting, but he wasn't as near to death as the others. And the people considered superior to him were SST2 no less, and post-RoSaT.
