Cell's uncharged blast says alot

And Gohan doing absolutely nothing to stop/block/lessen the damage to him says something too. The fact is, if Cell would have shot that at him while they were fighting and Gohan didn't have to worry about everyone else, he most certainly could have knocked the blast away easily.

If gohan was as strong as you say he is he would have deflected the blast anyways! but he didn't and this UNCHARGED blast not only broke his arm but lowered his health by 50%! Just imagaine if that was a charged blast! gohan would be dead!

Exactly, if Gohan was alot more powerful, he could have easily zoomed up to vegeta and deflected the blast away!

yeah if he was alot more powerful than he currently was....not if he was more powerful than cell.....that wouldnt change his speed

What you just did was called speculation. You just told the story based on your opinion of what Gohan would have done if what you said was true. Well, those aren't the facts. Gohan didn't block Cell's blast and it hit him with full force.

These are facts! Before, everything Cell threw at Gohan, Gohan easily countered, Now Gohan can't even stop a simple Chi blast

Do you not realize the tremendous gap in power SSj 2 Gohan had with buffed up full power Cell? He was playing with him like a child. Then Cell (post-zenkai) came back and as far as we know, he did or almost did equal Gohan in power. And you didn't state a fact. You said "I think Gohan should be able to knock it away." When infact he threw himself apon the blast. So, I ask you, if he could have knocked the b;ast away, why did he get hit by it instead?

No, these aren't 'facts'. Gohan wasn't so empyrean and impeccable as to be able to simultaneously save Vegeta and deflect the uncharged, simple Chi blast - he kind of took the blast's full brunt in the process of saving Vegeta.

I would say it's rather clear that Complete Cell, post-regeneration, SSj 2 is somewhere around SSj 2 Gohan's strength, whether he be a tad weaker, equal to him, or a tad stronger.

So what! Is Gohan stupid or something, or does he enjoy jumping in front of beams and getting blasted, and then give up all hope of ever winning! And I have stated many times why Gohan should have "Knocked the blast away!"

No, Gohan jumped in front of the blast because he couldn't just "knock it away". He was facing away from it at the time. So, how was he suppose to knock it away? If he could have, wouldn't he have done it? He had no time to anything but stop it from hitting Vegeta using his own body as a shield.

Gohan was in a good enough position to deflect the blast if he could! He reached Vegeta in enough time to knock the blast away, if he could! You Say that I'm only using my oppinion, well so are you! Your oppinion is that he wasn't in a good enough position and that he didn't have enough time!

How is the first sentece in your reply not opinion? I'm looking at the Manga now and he saw Cell shoot his blast, Gohan paniced, rushed over to Vegeta and the moment he reached his body, the blast hit his left arm.

And, how am I using my opinion? I'm using facts. And I said that if Gohan had any possible way of simply knocking the blast away, he would have. But, he couldn't. The blast was fired and Gohan used his body as a shield. Saying he could just "knock it away because he was in a good position is speculation.

Edit: This is off topic. Let's stop now. As for the fight, SSj 2 Gohan would IMO still be enough to beat SP Cell.
