I Think Son Goku Would Win this fight however it would be pretty hard because of Buu's enurence. Son Goku would probaly have a somewhat noticible advantage in power. (Not as much as Kid Buu or Thin Buu did)

Well no, since Kid Buu found Mr Buu harder to handle than SSJ2 Vegeta who equals SSJ2 Goku in power. Mr Buu has the power advantage along with re-genneration.

I was talking about the tournement with Uub. Plus Vegeta was weaker now since he was no longer Majin.

At the fight with Oob, Son-Gokou was as strong as he where in sûpâ saiyajin surî.
Son-Gokou said to Oob that he had gotten stronger than Gokou hoped for.
And Gokou wanted to make him as strong as he once was (chibi Boo).
So Oob should be slight stronger than chibi Boo, and he equalled Son-Gokou in base.
Like this:
Son-Gokou (base DBGT) = Oob > chibi Boo = sûpâ saiyajin surî Son-Gokou >> Mr. Boo

And in Sûpâ saiyajin tsû he would take him out in a matter of sec's.

Uh, not really.. there is no proof, whatsoever, to back up this theory. It's not stated, anywhere in the manga, that he was anywhere near he formerly was as a SSJ3, he just kept up a stalemate with enraged Oob, who wasn't anywhere near Chibi Boo's league, as shown by Goku saying that he could get stronger. So Both Oob and Base Goku are weaker than Chibi Boo, while SSJ3 Goku was more powerful than Chibi Boo could ever be, he just couldn't beat him due to the high energy loss.

Base Goku or Enraged Oob< Chibi Boo< SSJ3 Goku.

There Son-Gokou said that he would fight him once again after he have recived his full streangh.
And in DBGT ep. 1 they do fight. And Son-Gokou claims that Oob did better than he expected (chibi Boo).
Oob > chibi Boo << Fûrû pâwâ sûpâ saiyajin surî Son-Gokou

Since he was able to kill chibi Boo in an instant, but at normal level sûpâ saiyajin surî he was equal to chibi Boo.

There is no logic in Toei, but that's how close you can get.

Full power Super Saiyan 3 Goku would not stand a chance against Chibi Buu. Chibi Buu could obliterate SSJ3 Goku in normal power (Buu can REGENERATE, people!!), so what makes you think full power SSJ3 could defeat him? At best FPSSJ3 would be 50% stronger than NPSSJ3, whereas Chibi Buu, if serious, would be around 60-70% stronger than NPSSJ3.
Also Goku normal form, if going all out, would obliterate enraged Uub who was strong, but not that strong. Remember Goku is a full-blooded Saiyan with so many years of battle experience. Maybe 10 year training could close the gap between them. And also, there is no rule stating Uub could not go above Chibi Buu.
However, Mr Buu in DBGT was way weaker than Chibi Buu in DBZ, and Goku SSJ2 after training with Uub was probably as strong as Goku SSJ3 normal power in Buu Saga. So Goku SSJ2 would beat Mr Buu at the beginning of DBGT, destroying him and using his aura to prevent him from regenerating.

I'd have to say Goku would win. Even Majin Vegeta was able to do somewhat decent against Fat Buu (to a degree) & Mr.Buu is less than half Fat Buu's power. I think even before the 10 year gap their power would be around the same. So Goku wins IMO.

I would have to say Goku would beat Mister buu because mister buu didn't have the absorbtions of kais like chibi buu had in him thus making him weaker.
So power wise, Goku would win.

Good Buu held out far longer than Vegeta, but not being Majin, SSJ2
Vegeta was indeed weaker than SSJ2 Goku at that point. By my
estimations...Good Buu would be either equal to or just a little bit stronger than SSJ2
Goku at that point.
After ten years of training, there's no way a work-a-holic like Goku wouldn't have gotten significantly stronger. He'd win.
