Training under high gravity?

So... why when anyone trains under high gravity there hair stays spiked up and their clothes stay on? Shouldn't the gravity force your hair downwards? Wouldn't clothing rip and fall onto the floor seeing as it as it's far heavier than normal?

How would your body even function? All the blood inside your body would be too heavy to pump properly, organs wouldn't work as they should. Bones would break or crumble.

What's the deal?

Ki flows through their hair etc keeping it upright. And it makes sense that someone who is x100 stronger in a DBZ sense would have a stronger heart, stronger veins etc

A ki barrier protects your clothes/hair/shoes/etc.

Otherwise, the character would be stripped of their clothes everytime they were hit by a ki blast.
