1. Kid Buu -- I found his childish behavior hilarious, and he gave SSj3 Goku a beating. I even laughed when he whooped SSj2 Vegeta. My favorite villain of all.
2. Vegeta -- The first villain to push Goku to his absolute limits and my all-time favorite character. 'Nuff said.
3. Mecha Frieza -- No explanation, I just thought he was bitchin'.
4. King Cold -- I just thought he was cool, that's about it.
5. Frieza -- I thought he was a good villain at the time before SSj's, but his battle with SSj Goku raged on and on and he became a petty begger.
6. Androids #16-#18 -- They were an annoyance at first to me (basically because no one could even phase them and my favorite character was brutally beaten), but after Cell emerged they became entertaining and I even started rooting for them.
7. Perfect Cell -- Meh, he was cool and intelligent, but he wasn't all that entertaining to me.
8. Nappa -- Nothing much to say on him. He didn't do much for me except stall the Z Fighters and bring a few of 'em down, but that's about all. I liked it when Vegeta killed him.
9. Fat Buu -- Annoying and he pissed me off by beating down Vegeta, but he was funny at times and destroyed Dabura and Babidi. I loved when he shot SSj/SSj2 Gohan with that ki ball, spectacular animation there. His fight with SSj3 Goku was quite entertaining for the short time it was.
10. Super Buu -- He was alright, I loved how he beat down Gotenks until he went SSj3, but he was just kinda dull to me.
11. Imperfect/Semi-Perfect Cell -- Imperfect Cell was very good in my opinion, but he got annoying after he kept sneaking away. Semi-Perfect Cell was absolutely dastardly in the irritating way. All he did was whine and cry and shout. Bleh.
12. Androids #19 & #20 -- Eh, I don't have much to say on them, other than they were kinda boring and only served as introductions to the other Androids.
13. Super Perfect Cell -- Two words: boring and overdone.

1. Cell (perfect): Had all the abilites of the Z fighters and his regrentative properties made him hard to kill.

2. Cell (Super perfect form): He came back with Goku's instant transmission and the way he came back was so epic.

3. Vegeta: First villian to get real face time in the series.

4. Fat buu: His child-like behavior made him funny to watch and was cool how he could use brute strength on his foes.

5. Super buu: The he beat down gohan was awesome and his outfit was cool looking.

6. Chibi buu: A kid sized villian. Enough Said.

Yeah wtf??

Anyways me:

1. Vegeta- two words: Tactical genius, I loved him especially in the Namek saga when he was trying to out-do Frieza with logic and not with strength, his fight with the earthlings and Goku was also epic.

2. Frieza- This guy is so powerful he didn't even know what it felt like to be hurt until Kaioken Goku sort of pierced his skin. Its a shame he was fucked up and turned into a robot, he deserved more than that. Well all good things- or rather bad come to an end and even the great Frieza was dethroned, still if he's not a good villain than who is? I mean come on even the way he talks and walks screams dominance

3. Piccolo Daimao- He's sort of like Frieza but on a smaller scale, (instead of immortality he wanted youth, instead of the universe he wanted earth etc) plus the whole seperation from Kami storyline was a great plot, as was his reincarnation nice one Akira

4. Tao Pai Pai- This guy is fucking awesome, he kills people with his TONGUE. He seems to always be a professional, his face is expressionless at times that you can't possibly read him and that makes him an even more intimidating character. He's also my favorite traveller, even the way he runs just seems like he has a purpose and he won't stop at nothing to fulfill it, another great villain too bad that like Frieza he was spoiled by being turned into a robot.

5. Cell- As a villain he was generally good but I felt he was copied off other villians and it felt like a rerun especially in his final form

6. Dr.Gero- Mad scientist hell bent on revenge? No thanks

7 Buu- Random, just randomness with this villain no effort at all
