Hey people I'm sorry to make a topic about it but I didn't know what else to do, can anyone tell me when Goku says that it is tougher to increase your power level higher it gets? (or something along those lines)

If it counts, Goku said going into the RoSaT again isn't worth it, so that could imply that it would lose its effectiveness since they already became much stronger.
