hmm...maybe that's why Goku wanted to finish it quickly? Because he wasn't feeling too good? As Majuub pointed out in the other thread I don't think the z fighters can sense stamina and resistance. I think Goku may have initially had the same PL but his stamina was so low that he couldn't give out his all from the form
