Namekians
Lifestyle: Live in small communities, spend all day drinking water(they need no food), building houses and planting trees. Namekians are asexual, and so do not engage in sexual intercourse. Namekians use limited if any technology.

Age: Namekians grow quickly, reaching the equivilence of adolesence in about 3 years, and full maturity in less than 10 years.

Power: Namekians are very powerful, and often increase their power through deep meditation.

Saiyans
Lifestyle: Saiyans live rough and simple lives. You want sexy time with a woman? Drag her to your cave. That guy looks slightly annoying? Kill him! Real Saiyajins live like cavemen or barbarians. And spend all day eating, sleeping, hunting and fighting.

Age: Saiyans have a similar growth rate as humans, however they retain their youthful energy well past the time that a human will decline.

Power: Saiyans are naturally strong, and increase power by fighting, recovering from injuries, and strength training. As a Saiyan you would need to be doing hard physical work every day to increase your power, but it would skyrocket if the right amount of effort is expended.

Humans
Lifestyle: Humans live in large cities with millions of other individuals. They are often lazy and get technology to do everything for them. Look forward to a lazy life with an easy job as a human...

Power: Humans are pathetically weak, and so rely on robotic warriors and cybernetic enhancements to increase their power. In other words, to become powerful a human trades effort for cash, and spends big sums to get cybernetic enhancements that allow him to fight at the level of the more powerful Saiyans and Namekians.

I'd be a strong human like Krillin or Tien. Namek life would be boring as hell, and a Saiyan life would be miserable (plus Frieza would probably kill you).

If you really had to have one, just vomit up a mutant Namekian in the shape of a sexy green woman.

Remember, Saiyans have no technology beyond simple melee weaponry. Sickness would be everywhere, and you wouldn't get much of a chance to benefit from Zenkai's.

(Plus everyone would fucking stink like in the medieval ages)

So you used post namekian extinction namekians, but you used pre freeza assmilated Saiyans, and the humans sound like bulma and the androids.

I pick humans.

Humans have a much wider varaiation to their life styles.
saiyans, live in caves and kill the truffles then live as warrior pirates for freeza with cool armor and scouters. Sure you can turn into a giant ape and destroy things, but you can't remember it-lame
then there is the chance for super saiyandom, but it seems you have to know goku or be related to do that.
average levels- 500-2,000 unless you are elite or royality - 4,000-20,000
Cheating power up- great ape and ssj+3

The namekains post great death did not plant trees and had very advanced technlogy for their time. Remember Kami's space ship it is super fast and uses electro magenetic tech, also it is made out of a material mr briefs could not identify or re create, but he made better version of a" saiyan" pod.

Namekian can heal, regenerate, fuse, make dragonballs, fly at a young age, and have a decent level without training. They can also hear very well.
average power levels -300-3,000 unless you are ancient namekian 1,000,000+ or super warrior arts trained - 42,000
Cheat power ups- fusion

Humans have more variation because they look radically different from each other, bulma to fat farmer, roshi to krillin etc. They also have more personality. Saiyan: Eat, kill , poop, dont care, kill, great ape, sleep eat etc.
Namekians: Drink water, plant shrubs, throw up babies, sleep make dragonballs, never use them, etc

Humans, can rob and use guns, invent dino caps, fly jets and hover cars, train in martial arts , fight in tortaments, have an array of food, not just raw meat like the saiyans or water like the nameks.
Humans can also out do the Saiyans and Namekians all the average ones that is, the super saiyans and super nameks are the exception because they exceed 100 million mark.
The humans also have different color hair. Blue, green, red, orange, blonde, yellow, white, grey, etc.

Tech nology wise, they can match everyone through capsule corp, She made better saiyan armor. Also where else do you have dragonballs besides nameks which is 5,000 years away, haha.

Average human levels- 5-200 , super trained human- 2,000 +
Human cheat- Android /cybornetic enhancments

Goku : We know here on earth even the weakest can out do the strongest if they train hard enough.

That is why i would like to believe the humans could have and probably did get into the low millions , but never could catch up with a super saiyan, unless they trained with king kai, got their power released by guru, trained with a super saiyan, and had their potential unlocked by elder sumpreme kai.

So to sum it all up, the humans have alot of the potential of the average saiyan and namekian with out the great ape and fusions. They do lack regeneration and super saiyandom. Another plus is there culture and life stlyes, more variation , You could wonder the desert, live in a city or train in the mountains or live on a tropical island. Saiyans kill aliens and sit on year long pod rides. Namekians grow grass and drink water.

Humans are care free until a giant monster shows up killing and destroying, but they are usualy tied to the damn saiyans and or nameks. Good thing there is the draonballs and goku to save the day, both thanks to planet vegeta and namek.

So Really I would be happy with a live simialr to krillin, yamcha, or Tien. Hats off to all you monkey lovers ,but i tihnk I will chillax in a hover car and drink some rasberry iced tea with my blue haired girl friend , then train with master roshi on the weekends, mastering the kamehameha, off coarse this will make my old crane master angry, but it's all good, I ould fly if I wanted to. Nah this capsule jet car is to comfortable at the moment. Have fun growing plants or flying in a beach ball for months, take care- supertien :P
