I would agree. Krillin did go to the budahkai, he must have thought he was pretty good. Also Yamcha saying Krillin was the strongest human, if not true, could also indicate that even if tien was stronger than krillin in the cell saga, with is also guessable; that he had become much stronger than tien had.
Also if A18 did just train krillin the slightest bit he would be very strong. Piccolo gained alot with a super saiyan. And android would help out krillin. But then again krillin's hair is long and he dresses rather not training like. His clothes look as if it was the only thing more comfortable than an average ut fit for the budakai. Maybe he was just tired of the kame gi. Either way makes sense,. |

Ok then, was there any evidence given as to when Krillin retired? I know he would have retired by the time his child was born, so thats at least 2 years before the Buu Saga. I doubt he retired until he got married to #18 because as he said earlier, he became a Martial Artist to pick up chicks. Why would he abandon that strategy after it had helped catch #18's attention?
