Maybe the KiKoHo moves so fast that even though it isn't very powerful, it was able to knock Cell backwards.

Makes a lot of sense IMO.

And no way is Tien even close to 2nd Form Freeza lol. I'd place him at 300k at best.

Would make more sense it was very strong than very fast from what I've seen of DBZ battles and people getting knocked.

Plus the regular Kikoho VS Nappa burned him but didn't knock him. Wouldn't make sense if its primary function is speed instead of power, because it should have knocked him and not burned him.

Argument is not weak. Your saying that a variation of an attack would be a massive difference, not just a small change. And would increasing the speed have anything to do with King Kai's training?

But anyway, lets try it again with some names specially designed so you have to answer the question this time. If you invented a variation where the Kamehameha split into two beams, would you call it the double Kamehameha or the new(or 'superior' whichever neo means) Kamehameha. Which name makes more sense

Double kamehameha, but the KiKoHo wasn't split into two. There wasn't any noticable physical differences within the KiKoHo, so why does it need a new name? Its still a ki blast cannon, its just that Tien learned to drastically increase its speed.

Anyways, it makes a hell of a lot more sense than a 50x or 10,000x multiplier.
