Evil Vegeta

Piccolo is supposed to be signficantly more powerful, or it would he is; but it doesn't really seem like it's that significant when you look at it. Sure, Piccolo had the upperhand during the battle, but it didn't seem like Cell was fazed by any of his attacks, and Cell seemed to not be that much weaker.

The same with SSJ Vegeta. He stated that Piccolo's power was superior to his power as a SSJ, and we know Cell is stronger then SSJ Vegeta, but it all seems like there isn't much of a difference. I think Piccolo doesn't even have a 1.2x advantage over Cell when going by the battle.

Does anyone agree, and what are your thoughts?

No, I didn't suggest that at all. I said I don't think there was a significant enough difference for anyone to WTF pwn anyone. Cell actually hid when he sensed Vegeta, so he wasn't far more powerful then SSJ Vegeta.

I'd say overall Piccolo has a 1.33x advantage over SSJ Vegeta and a 1.2x advantage over Cell due to the fact that Freeza was very durable so Cell should have similar durability.

Okay, but do you agree that Piccolo didn't look like he could seriously own Cell like the dialogue states? Piccolo even noted that Cell was a monster.

I've got Cell at a 1.04x advantage over Vegeta, although I don't remember him hiding from Vegeta.

And I think Piccolo without weights would've wtfpwned Cell easily.

I know non-weights Piccolo would, but I'm just mentioning the weighted Piccolo against Cell.

Cell hid from Vegeta when he was on his way to the battlefield, and he said "Vegeta's far more powerful then he should be. I'd better hurry!"

That tells you there isn't a significant difference between SSJ Vegeta and Cell.

I'd actually agree with you there perhaps Vegeta was close to Cell's Power but I do believe Piccolo was at least 1.2x stronger than Cell.

Well, I wouldn't put a weighted Piccolo maybe even 1.1x times Cell.

All I remember is this:

Piccolo confronts Cell.

Small skirmish.

Cell absorbs his arm and tells him about his origin and stuff.

Piccolo revels that he was bluffing.

Trunks and Krillin arrive.

Cell taiyokens the hell out.

Vegeta and Tien arrive.

When did Cell mention Vegeta?

The reason why it seemed to be less then 1.2x advantage to me, was the fact that Piccolo was expecting the help of SSJ Trunks & Krillin to make the battle much easier. Now again; I'm not of the opinion that Piccolo wasn't stronger, just that he wouldn't easily WTF pwn Cell, especially when he now thinks the help of those two would make the battle easier.

Hero: Cell was running through the forest, and he sensed SSJ Vegeta going to the battlefield and hid from him.

I doubt he though Krillin or Trunks would help much. If the battle continued he probably would've taken his weights off and ended it quickly.

Well, Piccolo seemed to expect them to sway the battle considerably. He said Cell didn't have a chance in the situation, and that they need to finish him off.

I agree if he removed the weights, it would be WTF ownage festival, though.

Krillin was obviously too weak to do anything, and Trunks was even weaker than Vegeta.
