I never saw SSJ2 Gohan having stress. I never saw SSJ Goku(namek) having stress.

I don't think stress is an indicator :P

SSJ2 was mastered by Goku, because there is nothing to disprove this. He only wastes energy because he was fighting Vegeta, not because of the form itself.
When he was showing all of his forms to Babidi and Majin Buu, he was just releasing energy so he could get to SSJ3.

He's likely MSSJ in the Buu Saga you can tell from the aura, and it wouldn't make much sense for him to not master it after seeing its effects and having 7 years to do so.

Ok. Sorry, haven't seen the DB Manga in a while.
Anyways we can prove she isn't a saiyan because he never transformed into an Oozaru and besides Raditz would've known about her surviving the explosion of Planet Vegeta.
